Please join us on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, from 4:30-7:30 PM for a free teacher training workshop led by Pulitzer Center journalist grantee Emily Feldman and Pulitzer Center Senior Education Manager Fareed Mostoufi on how to incorporate media global reporting and media analysis skills into diverse curricula.

The workshop focuses on how to challenge stereotypes about women in the Middle East and includes a series of presentations and hands-on exercises. Dinner will also be provided.

The workshop offers educators Act 48 credit. To receive Act 48 credits, participants are expected to submit a lesson plan on how they plan to incorporate media analysis into their curricula. The lesson plan should be submitted one to two weeks after the course.
