Focus on Iraqi Kurdistan: Photographer Sebastian Meyer at Busboys and Poets

Pulitzer Center grantee photograper Sebastian Meyer discusses his recent book, "Under Every Yard of Sky," at Busboys and Poets in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, December 5, 2019.

"Under Every Yard of Sky" incorporates images and personal essays from Meyer's 10 years spent alongside the Kurds. Meyer, an award-winning photographer and filmmaker, also traveled to Iraqi Kurdistan with Pulitzer Center support for his project, "From 'the Other Iraq' to Kurdistan."

His work has been published in TIME Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, and other outlets.
