Pulitzer Center grantee filmmaker Iris Zaki debuts her latest documentary, "Unsettling," at the 2018 Copenhagen International Documentary Festival on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. The film's second showing at the Festival is set for Saturday, March 24, 2018.

To create her film, Zaki set up a small pop-up film studio in Tekoa, a community of Israeli settlers on the West Bank. Over the course of a month, she met young settlers face to face and allowed them to expose their inner thoughts and beliefs. The Festival program describes the film as a "simple intervention, which creates a complex chain of reactions from those who eventually agree to talk to her. From a woman who in the middle of an interview admits to being a fascist, to another who has survived a knife attack by a young Palesitinian – and forgiven him."

The Copenhagen International Documentary Festival is in its 15th year. The Festival runs March 15 to March 25 and screens 200 films across a variety of subjects.
