Clare Proctor

Clare Proctor is currently a reporting fellow at the Texas Tribune. A junior at Northwestern University, she has worked as the copy chief and assistant city editor at the student-run newspaper The Daily Northwestern. Clare spent last summer working as a metro reporting intern at the Columbus Dispatch. She'll return to Chicago this summer to intern at the Chicago Sun-Times.
