Emma Johnson

Emma is an environmental journalist and communicator. She graduated from the Yale School of the Environment in 2020 with a Master of Environmental Management, studying ecosystem science and communication. At Yale, Emma was the Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Environment Review and editor for Sage Magazine. Previously, Emma lived in Bhutan for a year helping facilitate a study abroad experience for undergraduates and studying youth perceptions of climate change and the environment. She received her B.S. in Environmental Studies from Davidson College in North Carolina. Emma was the 2019 Reporting Fellow for the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication.
