Jessica Edmond

Jessica is currently pursuing a masters of fine arts at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Her research interests are related to the impact skin bleaching and the media representations that promote the use of skin bleaching products among African and African-American women.

She has received masters degrees from Southern Illinois University in Workforce Education and Development and Professional Media and Media Management, which have prepared her to train adults and students for life skills that can be used successfully in the workplace and in the academic environment.
