Joey Kahn interned with the Pulitzer Center on a 3-month Journalism Residency through the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. As a journalism student, he has produced documentaries as well as news and feature stories. Joey worked at KQED Radio, the NPR affiliate in San Francisco on Forum with Michael Krasny. He also worked as a research assistant to journalist and author Robert K. Elder. Joey developed his interest in non-profit journalism while running a volunteer organization at Northwestern called Organized Action by Students Invested in Society (OASIS). He will graduate in June 2011 with a bachelor's degree in journalism and history.
