Jonathan Cox

Jonathan Cox is a rising senior majoring in political science at Davidson College. Although born in Columbia, South Carolina, he grew up in Bucharest, Romania, where his parents work as missionaries with the Evangelical Free Church of America. Fascinated by all things print from an early age, he recently contributed to the Dean Rusk Center for International Studies publications.

His enthusiasm for working with children led to his job as a tutor at the Ada Jenkin's Center in Davidson and to several summers spent at a camp for orphans in Romania.

Jonathan's interest in the healthcare system of south India stems both from his uncle Stan Cox's research into the pharmaceutical industry and from a long-standing fascination with Indian culture that began with a visit to Hyderabad in 1996.
