José Antonio Iglesias

Jose Iglesias, 63, staff photographer/videographer, was director of photography for "Nou Bouke”and the “Day it Snowed In Miami” the Miami Herald’s two Emmy Award winning documentaries. José has worked for the Miami Herald since 1991 as a photographer, photo editor and video journalist.

Born in Havana, Cuba, he fled the island following Fidel Castro’s 1959 revolution. In 2009, he joined the photo department at El Nuevo Herald. His videos are used by both newspapers’ online site.
