Kate McGinnis

Kate McGinnis is a summer 2011 intern at the Pulitzer Center through the William and Mary DC Summer Security Institute. She plans to graduate from the College of William and Mary in May of 2012 with a bachelor's degree in International Relations and Chinese Language and Culture. On campus she is president of the service organization Alpha Phi Omega and helps graduate international students adjust to W&M life through the Conversation Partner Program. She is also a research assistant with the Institute for Theory and Practice of International Relations. Post-graduation, Kate hopes to work in Washington DC in the field of international security or US-China relations.
