Max Lander

Max Lander, a senior sociology major and Environmental Science and Policy minor at William & Mary when he participated in the 2012-2013 Sharp seminar, is an avid traveler with a particular interest in Africa, where he has spent time researching and volunteering in Benin and South Africa. Max hopes to pursue a career in renewable energy development, with aspirations of bringing solar and wind technologies to developing regions such as Africa. As a former wrestler and wrestling coach, Max is avid about fitness. In his spare time, he enjoys running, swimming, biking, hiking, and weightlifting.
