Priya Ramchandra

Priya Ramchandra, a native of Houston, Texas, is a Benjamin Franklin Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania studying neuroscience and healthcare management. Her involvements in neurodegenerative disease research, hospice care, and inner-city health issues developed her interest in vulnerable patient populations and the systems that manage their care. She hopes to explore the issues surrounding poverty and healthcare while working with the Pulitzer Center in India.
