Ralph Zapata Ruiz

Ralph Zapata Ruíz has a master's degree in Journalism and New Narratives from the University of A Coruña, Spain. He teaches at UPAO's Piura campus in Perú and serves as regional editor for OjoPúblico. In 2017, he won the National Prize for Journalism. Zapata Ruiz has worked in Lima, Cusco, Madre de Dios and Piura (all in Perú) and at La Voz de Galicia (Spain). He collaborates with Spanish magazines FronteraD, Letras Libres, and Altair Magazine.
