Reana Thomas graduated from Loyola University Chicago in May 2014 with a degree in biology with a minor in anthropology. While at Loyola, she did research on international invasive species and the disparities of species management and human welfare between developed and developing regions of the world; this was done under the guidance of Dr. Reuben Keller.

Reana hopes to keep at the forefront the Jesuit values--of service and social justice--she learned at Loyola by studying medical anthropology in the future after serving as an AmeriCorps member for the 2014-2015 cycle.
