Rolando Arrieta is a three-time George Foster Peabody award-winning journalist, storyteller and educator. At NPR, he manages the day-to-day content production and breaking news operation.  Rolando has traveled on assignment to Cuba, Panama, Haiti, Puerto Rico and West Africa. His most recent trip was to the U.S. Virgin Islands to cover the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. Episode one of this series is his first collaboration with Radio Ambulante. Rolando teaches an audio storytelling course at Georgetown University and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. Twitter: @RolandoNPR
