Seiler Smith

Seiler Smith is a sophomore from Louisville, KY, majoring in Political Science at Jefferson Community and Technical College.

He has interned at Insider Louisville, and contributed to The Louisville Cardinal covering Louisville's music scene and Our Paper, Louisville covering different aspects and stories surrounding Louisville's homeless population.

Seiler is most interested in political revolutions, urban politics, and the politics of rapidly developing nations; specifically how these countries are treating their minorities, poor population and the environment. He hopes one day to become an international human rights journalist.

Seiler is excited to join Pulitzer Center, and help them with their mission of getting funding and coverage to journalists covering less talked about crisis topics.
