William Neely

William Neely is a sophomore at the College of William & Mary, studying Government and Hispanic Studies. His article, focused on the Cuban media, is largely influenced by a trip to Cuba he took in 2016 with Professor Ann Marie Stock. On that trip, he met with film producers and independent media organizations while familiarizing himself with the Cuban culture. In the future, he hopes to continue studying Cuba, observing how it changes as internet access slowly starts to penetrate the country.
