Canadians Mine Panamanian Riches

In Panama, the government has granted permission to build the largest copper mine in the world, Minera Panama. The mine is estimated to be 20 times the size of the Canadian-run Petaquilla gold mine. Both mines are located in the Mesoamerican Biological Corridor, known as the MBC. The Canadian owners say the mines will bring benefits to all. Local Panamanians are not so sure. Mellissa Fung reports from the Colon province of Panama.
