Justin Atemi was a former camp supervisor for the Kenya Red Cross. He
oversaw three different camps in the Eldoret area, included what was
the largest single IDP camp in Kenya. Here, he talks about the problems
with government-promised compensation. The Kenya government pledged
financial support to Kenyan IDPs, but -- as Atemi points out -- there
are many flaws in the system.Learn more about this reporting project
