Sean Gallagher is a British environmental photojournalist, videographer and multimedia producer who has been based in China for over six years. His work focuses on highlighting environmental issues and crises, with a specific emphasis on developing nations in Asia. He is a five-time recipient of a Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting travel grant and was the first winner of the David Alan Harvey Fund for Emerging Photographers in 2008. His work has been published internationally in major media outlets.
The Pulitzer Center e-books production team has garnered awards and accolades from Pictures of the Year International, National Press Photographers Association, Kirkus Reviews and the Webbys. E-books are part of Pulitzer Center’s emphasis on innovative approaches to sharing and promoting international journalism.
