As part of D.C. Design Week, Benevolent Media and AIGA D.C. are bringing together a panel with experts from the fields of multimedia journalism, architecture, technology and communication design to discuss how design can be used as a force for recovery in times of crisis and disaster. Explore and learn how designers of all disciplines can contribute to the prevention and relief of the devastating effects of natural and human disasters worldwide. Roundtable sessions will follow the panel.
