On December 3, 2018 at the Brookings Institution, the Center for Middle East Policy at Brookings and the Center for a New American Security launched their new report, "Ending Gaza's Perpetual Crisis: A New U.S. Approach."
In one of two panels moderated by Indira Lakshmanan, authors Hady Amr, Ilan Goldenberg, and Natan Sachs presented their report. Khaled Elgindy, Lucy Kurtzer-Ellenbogen, and Dennis Ross discussed the report in the second panel.
