Emily Gogolak

Emily Gogolak is a journalist based in Texas. Her work is forthcoming in The California Sunday Magazine and has been published by the Oxford American, the New York Times, The Nation, newyorker.com, and Politico Magazine, among other publications, and in the anthology City by City: Dispatches from the American Metropolis (n+1/FSG). She was a 2019 finalist for the Livingston Award in national reporting. She previously was on the editorial staff at The New Yorker
