Merci Best

Merci Best is a junior, Class of 2017 at The College of William & Mary. She is a Neuroscience major and a Community Studies minor. Her passion for educational equity has sparked her interest in the underrepresentation of females and multicultural individuals in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, commonly referred to as STEM. This interest led to the development of her own STEM education program that incorporates the arts, STEAMtrix,LLC. Ultimately, Merci hopes to pursue a career in Neuroscience and continue to empower underserved youth through STEAMtrix as they become aware of the opportunities in STEM.
