Colombia's Flower Workers Do Not Celebrate the Free Trade Agreement with the US

Colombian flower exports make up 75 percent of the United States' flower market. Most of the flower workers in Colombia are women and often single mothers who work for subsistence wages. Their attempts to organize for better working conditions have been thwarted.
